Message	system upgrades would be needed. On trick with the stock wiring - when removing the Bose amp boxes save the box to car harness connectors. They can be re-attached to your new speakers for easy connection to the car harness. It's a 4 pin connector with 2 for the audio signal and 2 for amp power. Disregard the power connectors since in your new setup the speakers will be powered from the head unit.
